GoGreen Hemp Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

GoGreen™ Hemp may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to checkout through the site if the ship to address is invalid. Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within three (3) to five (5) business days. Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs.

Can I order products at wholesale pricing? Yes, if you are an approved retailer You will need to contact us at wholesale@gogreenhemp.com to become a wholesaler. Minimum purchase requirements will apply and you will need to send us a copy of your reseller’s license.

Term Of Sale - Return Policy: 

During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase, included in these terms of sale, is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing cannabidiol from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complying with FDA regulations and as none of these products have been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to the extra benefits of CBD (cannabidiol). All unopened GoGreen Hemp Products may be returned within 14-days of delivery for a "no questions asked" full refund minus shipping charges. 

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. 

Damage During Shipping:

We understand mistakes do happen and we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are quality tested and inspected before leaving our facility. 

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information with pictures of the damaged product within that time frame.
